Ultimate fear(s)

You are probably not aware of this fact but most of your fear has same root. We start with one fear or few fears in childhood and use all our imagination to grow list of fear longer and longer, then at some point of life some fear became real pain and make our life miserable and we start to fight against this fear leaving other fear as is.

This is analytic approach to fear. I’m supporter of synthetic approach:

Your mistakes are your wealth or what I learn from chess players and babies

Many times in our life we condemn ourselves because of our mistakes. Typically we do three phase process:

  1. (Over)analysing mistake, what have I done wrong, why I done this, whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyy…There is nothing wrong with this, it’s good to analyse mistakes, we learn from them. Problem is that most of the times when we do analysing we are in bad mood because of mistake. I tell you how to change this in rest or article.
